This Privacy Policy sets out the terms of collection, use, and disclosure of information (including personal information) that may be collected by UpRight Business Services (“UpRight” or “Us/We”) from you at any time that you interact with UpRight (“Information”), including when you visit this website (“Site”), when you purchase or use any of the services available on the Site (“Services”), or when you communicate with our sales or support associates.

Unless a contrary intention appears in the Terms of Service and any other Service Agreement, the Information collected or received by UpRight from you shall be used and protected in accordance with the terms set out hereunder.

Unless otherwise stated in any other Service Agreement, the personal information collected during the process of registration or while filling up forms, if any, shall constitute personal information of the User, which may include information such as your email ID, first name, last name/company name, ZIP code, country, date of birth, gender, contact number, contact address, etc. (“Personal Information”).

Your Personal Information shall not be shared with any third party without your permission, provided that in the following cases your Personal Information may be shared without obtaining your prior consent:

With legal entities within our group globally who will take steps to safeguard it in accordance with this Privacy Policy;

You agree and acknowledge that Information (including Personal Information) provided by you may be transferred temporarily or permanently across national boundaries to different countries within the UpRight group for the purpose of analysis or service delivery.

This Privacy Policy will be binding on you for the entire duration of your use of any of the Services and/or the Site and shall survive the termination of your relationship with UpRight or use of the Site.

This Privacy Policy may be modified at any time at the sole discretion of UpRight without prior notice.

This Privacy Policy should be read in conjunction with the Terms of Service and any other applicable agreements governing the Services. In case of any conflict between the terms, they shall be harmoniously interpreted to uphold the interest of UpRight.
